"Supt's On"
Dr. Frank Palleria
As we near the end of the
school year, I hope that each student will give extra effort to "go out with a
bang" and do their very best over the next few weeks. Graduation will be May
23rd and I wish each graduate the very best in the future. I hope that each
graduate will look at graduation as a step towards the future. Yes, it is an end
to their high school years but it is the beginning of the rest of their lives.
No matter where each of our graduates go from here, I hope that they carry with
them their Dakota values and strive to live those values.
Now that Spring is here, take time to smell the flowers, get out and go for a
nice brisk walk, and enjoy the sunshine.
Just a couple of dates to
remember: Kindergarten graduation will be at 9 AM on Thursday May 22nd,
Headstart Graduation will be at 10:30 AM on the 22nd, and 8th Grade Graduation
will be at 2 PM on the 22nd. The Pow Wow and traditional High School Graduation
will be at 7 PM on the 22nd and the formal High School Graduation will be at 4
PM on Friday May 23rd. So there are plenty of great events to celebrate our
children's success.
Sincerely,
Dr. Palleria
